Slouchy boots are the new Over-The-Knee boots

Over-the-knee boots seemed to be on trend for forever now. And I believe that fashion is ready for something new. Designers are getting rid of the over-the-knee trend and replacing it with the slouchy boots. From the runways of Zimmerman, Saint Laurent, Isabel Marant and Off-White, slouchy boots were everywhere. Even though they were a huge trend in the fall, I decided to bring out the slouchy boots in the Spring. I think they look the best paired with skirts and dress on bare legs and what time is more perfect than Spring to try out this trend. I’ve had my slouchy boots since the fall, but I eagerly waited for warmer days and people they’re finally here! Believe me, you don’t have to spend $10,000 on the crystal Saint Laurent slouchy boots, there are so many much cheaper options out there.

I paired my favorite slouchy boots from Indigo with this on a budget, Zimmerman-like asymmetric dress from H&M.

As for my accessories, I added my favorite Kate Spade bag and these amazing vintage Gucci sunnies.

And then I added a headscarf which I made from a skinny black scarf I already had. As for the jewelry, I added some hoops from Free People and layered necklaces from Vanessa Mooney and Anthropologie.

Even though it may not look like it, this is probably one of the comfiest outfits I’ve worn. The jersey dress is so light and airy and the boots are so soft and easy to walk in. I’m usually a more of a Chelsea boot kind of girl but these boots are my new favorite!
